Wow ,

I read this Book .


It is one of those books that I find Humans Have some knowledge of Humans themselves .



It says ,

When those who are Efficient begins a new job , They go to a Great Lengths to Try and Prove how well they can do it .


This is called ,

" Love That Takes . "


A Love that craves Praises .



People who behaves like this are eager to win the Admiration of others and if they do not receive it ,

they try Even Harder than Before .




Strangely enough ,

The Harder they try , the more they are given the Cold shoulder by Humans around them



This is Quite Hard for them to understand .

Why , the harder they try , the less they are Appreciated .



This over Eager Humans will soon realise they are Taking Love .



When Other Humans see another Trying Hard to Win Praises and Recognition ,

They would feel that by Giving Praise ,

Something would be Drained or Taken from them .


If they were to Praise , They would feel that they are Losing something .







Among Humans around us , We can probably easily Identify the Humans who act as if they want Praise .

These are People who creates and Artificial Charisma that only they can Feel .

These are usually the Very People that We find it Hardest to Compliment ,

And so , They try even Harder .



These Humans feel Disappointed because although they are doing their Best ,

No one Recognises their Efforts .




Then they begin to feel that the World is a Very Unfair Place , Full of People that are unable to Appreciate the Efforts of Others




In Actual Fact ,

If you Look at Things with a Hunk's Point of View ,


When Humans are Constantly Struggling to be Recognised , They cannot see Other's Good Points .

When Humans are Concerned only with getting the Recognition for their Own Efforts ,

They tend to be Under the Illusion that Other people are Just there to Support them .



In other words ,

Humans who are only Concerned only with their Success can never bring Happiness to Others .



Humans are very Sensitive Beings .

If they do not feel Happy when they are with this sort of Human , they start to keep their Distance .



Then they would start to Criticize , Become Nasty and say Negative things about a Person who Demands Praise .



This Is How a Situation like this Steadily Worsens , quite the Opposite of what was Hoped for .






Those Pathetic Humans may have been so Self Centered that they Believe Things would not Function without them ,

But in Reality , they will see things Running Smoothly even in their Absence .



So ,

Have you been stuck in your own Past ,

Those Adversities and Setbacks ?


Have You not thought only of your Own Recognition and Forgotten to Give Others Credit for what they Did ?



No matter What the Difficulty you are Facing ,

It will not last for very long .

So it is Important to take Advantage of Opportunity it Presents ,

And Learn all the Lessons it Offers .








Meaningful Stuff .
